Plushies ship with Amazon

Capi and Bara plushies are sold and shipped by Amazon. When you tap “Buy on Amazon” you finish your order on Amazon, and Amazon packs it, ships it and gives you tracking.

Where they can travel

In the United States, orders ship with Prime where available. Amazon also ships to many other countries from the US: if it can reach yours, Amazon's checkout shows the international shipping and an estimate of import fees before you pay. If Amazon can't ship to you, it will say so at checkout.

What it costs and how long it takes

Shipping costs and delivery dates are set and shown by Amazon at checkout, for your address. They depend on where you are and on your Amazon membership.

Tracking, delays and lost parcels

You'll find tracking in your Amazon orders. If a parcel is late or lost, Amazon's customer service handles it. If you need us, email capi.and.bara@gmail.com — we're happy to help.

Digital products

Stickers, the coloring book, animated cards and personalized videos don't ship: they're delivered in the Capi & Bara app or by email.
